Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
5+ years HR experience
Experience with HRIS and employee data management systems
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational objectives
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development
Advise management on HR trends, legal requirements, and best practices
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
Collaborate with managers on succession planning and career development
Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs
Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain HR records and reporting requirements
Lead audits, policy updates, and regulatory training as needed
