Lead Teams:
Manage HR Administrators and Generalists while developing department goals.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee counseling, conflict resolution, and recruiting/hiring.
Compliance & Audits:
Maintain the employee handbook, run routine plant tours, and audit HR records.
