Human Resources Manager

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization to identify an HR Manager in Richardson, TX. This role is 100% onsite and will partner closely with executive leadership to build scalable HR programs, strengthen organizational processes, and drive strategic people initiatives across a growing organization.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and taking ownership of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a high-growth environment, and has a passion for building strong HR foundations that support long-term business success.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with responsibility for HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development
• Strong experience developing compensation structures, salary benchmarking, job descriptions, and job architecture
• Experience creating and improving performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning programs
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership to build scalable HR processes and organizational structure
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, policies, and best practices

Preferred:

• Experience within financial services, consumer lending, banking, debt settlement, or other regulated industries
• Background supporting high-growth organizations with 100+ employees
• Experience implementing HRIS improvements and partnering with payroll and finance
• Strong project management, communication, and change management skills with executive-level presence
