Human Resources Manager Gold Line Inc. | Martz Bus | Hyattsville, MD

Gold Line, part of the Martz family of companies, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations at our Hyattsville location. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position supports employees and management while promoting a positive, accountable workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead recruitment, orientation, and onboarding.

· Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and guide managers on coaching, discipline, and performance management.

· Interpret and apply the collective bargaining agreement and coordinate union matters with the Vice President of Human Resources.

· Administer benefits, maintain accurate HRIS information and personnel records, and support employment compliance.

· Coordinate employee engagement activities and supervise HR support staff as positions are filled.

Minimum Requirements

· High school diploma.

· At least five years of experience in a human resources generalist role.

· Ability to interpret and apply company policies and collective bargaining agreements.

· Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and employee relations skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

· Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
