Human Resources Manager, North AmericaThe Human Resources Manager, North America is a strategic HR leader responsible for providing proactive, hands-on HR partnership across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations. This role works closely with operations and functional leaders to drive business performance, strengthen organizational capabilities, and enhance the employee experience.Job DescriptionAct as a trusted business partner to operations and leadership teams, providing strategic and tactical HR support.Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure organizational capability aligns with current and future business needs.Drive talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.Coach managers on employee relations issues, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness.Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations investigations and workplace matters.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven business decisions.Lead and mentor HR team members across multiple locations.Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring efforts, and business transformation projects.Collaborate with leadership on compensation, talent acquisition, and development strategies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
