    Overall Responsibilities

    Directs and coordinates human resources activities in compliance with company philosophy, objectives, and legal requirementsPartners with the Operations Manager and local leadership teamRecommends and directs the installation of programs and policies that create or reinforce a positive employee relations atmosphereParticipates in corporate human resources activities and teamsPromotes a positive work environment and people-focused programs and processes that foster continuous development and support of the facilityLeads all HR activities for the Midland site including but not limited to recruitment, engagement, compensation administration, organizational development, and labor relations

    Educational and Experience Requirements
