About the Role

This role is responsible for providing human resources leadership at a manufacturing facility, focusing on implementing HR processes and promoting a performance-driven culture. The position plays a crucial part in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead talent management processes, including staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Provide strategic HR counsel to plant managers and regional leadership.
• Manage labor and employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations.
• Administer employee benefit and compensation programs.
• Collaborate with health and safety management to improve safety performance and reduce costs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems required.
• Experience with labor relations in a unionized environment strongly preferred.
