Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager supports all human resources functions for Delta Hotels Woodbridge and Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center. Based primarily at Delta Hotels Woodbridge, this hybrid position partners closely with hotel leadership and Corporate Human Resources to ensure compliance, support associate engagement, and maintain effective HR operations across both properties. This role requires prior hospitality HR and payroll experience in a unionized hotel environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse associate population is highly valued. Key Responsibilities
