Human Resources Manager | Design Firm |  Marietta, GA

Are you a Human Resources professional who thrives on building strong teams, creating exceptional employee experiences, and developing scalable people operations that support growth?

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative organization where people, culture, and operational excellence drive success. As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing every stage of the employee lifecycle: workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. You'll play a critical role in attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, supporting organizational effectiveness, and ensuring employees have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.

In this highly visible role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, oversee payroll and benefits programs, drive performance and career development initiatives, provide guidance on employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. You'll also leverage workforce analytics and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making, improve processes, and develop scalable people programs that support both employee success and long-term business growth.

Beyond traditional HR responsibilities, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. If you're a proactive, relationship-driven HR leader who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution while making a meaningful impact on people and culture, we'd love to connect with you.
