We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Human Resources Manager to join our fast-growing company. This role will be integral in shaping the company's culture, supporting its business objectives, and promoting employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a wide range of HR functions including workday, payroll, benefits, and cpp. Additionally, the candidate must possess a PHR Certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process.
4. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
7. Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
8. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Human Resources Manager position, the candidate must possess the following:

1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. PHR Certification is mandatory.
11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including hands-on experience with workday, payroll, benefits, and cpp.
