    Description

    As a Human Resource Manager at Concord Hospitality, you will oversee and support all HR operations to ensure a positive workplace culture, compliance with company standards, and an exceptional associate experience. Your leadership in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration will play a key role in the success of the hotel and its associates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer, direct, and oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
    • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, processing, and onboarding qualified applicants for all positions.
    • Monitor and maintain performance appraisal systems, ensure accurate record keeping, and support individual and group counseling initiatives.
    • Oversee benefits administration, internal communication, and wage and salary administration.
    • Ensure compliance with all established personnel policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
    • Partner with the management team and support the General Manager as needed in HR-related functions and strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Human Resources management experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and support organizational goals.
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
