Title: Human Resources Liaison
Purpose: This position provides general support to the Administrative Group (Human Resources & Training Departments).
Primary Job Functions:
• Greet and direct in person visitors;
• Manage main HR email and phone lines;
• Route calls to proper staff members with minimal errors and proficiency;
• Manage the sorting of mail I appropriate mailboxes, including certified mail;
• Must use sense of urgency to contact appropriate addressee of any registered or certified via email and/or phone call;
• Utilize ADP Workforce to update candidate statuses;
• Assist with reschedule employee DOT recertifications, as needed;
• Maintain employee records;
• Schedule pre-employment health screenings;
• Work with other staff members on pre-hiring process and greeting new hires;
• Assist in orientation and onboarding;
• Maintain data analytics documentation;
• Maintain and process invoices, as needed;
• Maintain and order office supplies;
• Collaborate with other HR and Training Team members on support needs;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Recommended Preparation for Employment:
• A.A degree or B.A. Degree and prior HR experience is necessary.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and HR Information systems
• Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, including ADA, EEOC, FLSA, DOL, WC is helpful.
• Possess valid driver license
• Preferred Qualifications
Previous HR Assistant / HR Generalist experience is preferred.
Exceptional Customer Service skill set.
