    Rosina Food Products is seeking a motivated and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to support our fast-paced Operations teams, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehousing.

    This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to be deeply embedded in plant operations — not just behind a desk.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to Associates and managers

    • Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation to ensure a strong employee experience

    • Administer benefits, FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and leaves

    • Coordinate temporary staffing activities

    • Conduct fair, thorough internal investigations

    • Support performance management and discipline processes

    • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting

    • Partner cross-functionally with Operations leadership

    • Assist with associate engagement events and retention initiatives

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience

    • Associate’s degree (preferred) in HR or related field

    • Strong understanding of federal and state labor regulations

    • Experience supporting employee relations and workplace investigations

    • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

    • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

    • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
