Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 / Per Hour depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR department within day-to-day HR operations. This role assists with various functions across HR including recruitment, benefits administration, employee records management, HRIS management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day employee relations by addressing questions, resolving workplace concerns, and supporting a positive, compliant work environment
Administer HR programs and processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, and maintaining accurate employee records
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies by maintaining documentation, assisting with audits, and staying current on employment laws
Assist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs to support overall team development and retention
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience
Proven experience within overall HR operations, benefits administration, recruitment, payroll, HRIS management, and compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems (ideally ADP Workforce Now), and ATS systems
Strong attention to detail, process-driven, collaborative, proactive
