Human Resources Generalist

ISC's team of Manufacturing Recruiters is partnering with a thriving, a well-established $100Mprivate equity-backed manufacturing organization seeking accomplished Human Resources to support the day-to-day HR operations of its Phoenix, Arizona facility.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, onboarding, compliance, safety initiatives, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with leadership, and helping foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Generalist - Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Partner with managers on hiring, employee relations, and performance management.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, payroll support, and HR policies.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and job descriptions.
• Support OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, safety, and employee training.
• Process unemployment claims and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and continuous improvement.
HR Generalist - Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, FMLA, and employment law
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
• Private equity manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for this Human Resources Generalist opportunity.
