SERVPRO of Upper Bucks, NW Hunterdon County is hiring a HR Manager!  
Overview:  
The HR Generalist will ensure that all SERVPRO Team McCabe employees are supported in the fulfillment of their company obligations and  career goals. In this role, you will support all employees and the leadership team. If you are looking for a fast paced  environment with exposure to all aspects of HR, this job is for you!  
Key Responsibilities  
Maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy (e.g. W-4, I-9, Direct Deposit, etc.) 
  Manage and solve complex employee relations issues  
Identify HR trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational goals  
Interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management and franchise employees  
Fulfill all hiring needs through a comprehensive and robust recruiting program including participating in career  fairs  
Ensure that the employee handbook is up to date, reviewed annually and policies are being enforced.   Coordinate and contribute to 30-60-90 day and annual reviews for all staff.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
