This position partners with HR leadership, operations, ERMs, HR Assistants, Retention, and other HR team members to ensure consistent completion of HR tasks, audits, roundtables, onboarding support, and employee follow-up. The HR Generalist also serves as a backup resource for HR-related functions as needed and helps maintain a positive, compliant, and responsive HR presence across the plant.
