The Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leaders and associates, providing support across employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives. This role helps foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
" Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership.
" Partner with leaders to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies.
" Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.
" Conduct employee relations investigations and support leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed.
" Analyze and report HR metrics, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
" Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
" Strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement.
" Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
