Human Resources Generalist – manufacturing company (2-5 years)

Well-established (and growing!) engineering & manufacturing company has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!

Duties:

• Participate in the development, implementation, and interpretation of Human Resource policies, practices, and procedures
• Support employee relations activities and communications
• Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of employee training programs
• Assist with recruiting activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll activities
• Maintain human resource information system records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or HR degrees a plus)
• 2-5 years of experience as a HR generalist
• HR experience within a manufacturing company
• Proficiency in a HRIS system and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Salary: $65-72K
