Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).
Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy
Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance
Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines
Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP
Responsible for payroll and benefits
Maintains confidential employment records
Develop and execute employee events. (picnic, rewards, wellness, flu shot, etc)
Attend employee meetings

4 years of HR or HR generalist experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Payroll and benefits experience
Vendor communication. (Medical, Insurance, Retirement, Payroll Administrator, etc.)
