    About the role

    The HR Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, providing solutions-oriented support across the employee lifecycle. This role requires strong experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, ADA/accommodations, leaves of absence, and HR operations.The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, ownership, and a collaborative mindset, understands the power of strategic partnership, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    What you'll do

    • Partner with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, and other people-related matters.
    • Manage workplace investigations and employee relations matters, including interviews, documentation, findings, and recommendations.
    • Support ADAeasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, ensuring cases are handled timely and consistently.
    • Coach and influence leaders through people decisions using sound judgment, HR expertise, and business perspective.
    • Identify workforce trends and partner with leaders on solutions that strengthen employee experience and business performance.
    • Support performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
    • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, and other key partners.
    • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through when handling sensitive employee matters.

    Who you are

    • HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership.
    • Strong experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
    • Working knowledge of ADAeasonable accommodations and leaves of absence.
    • Strong judgment, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to coach and influence leaders while maintaining collaborative partnerships.
    • Team-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • HR experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
