Human Resources Generalist

Fusco Personnel is searching for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with employees, supervisors, and management and will be an important resource for employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and workforce support. 

·         Serve as a resource to employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, and employment matters.

·         Support employee relations activities, including documentation, investigations, and disciplinary processes.

·         Assist with hourly and salaried recruiting, interviews, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and candidate communication.

·         Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding.

·         Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

·         Partner with payroll on timekeeping, pay changes, deductions, and related issues.

·         Maintain a visible presence throughout the operation and promote positive employee engagement.

·         Support safety-related HR activities, return-to-work processes, and workforce readiness.

·         Help ensure HR practices are consistent with company policies, applicable employment laws, and labor requirements.
