Position Summary:

We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruitment to manage the full-cycle hiring process and support general HR activities. This role will serve as a key partner in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent while also assisting with HR administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communication.
Conduct onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Assist with HR generalist duties.
Support compliance efforts with employment laws and internal policies.
Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
Provide HR support and guidance as necessary.

Qualifications:

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and general HR roles, preferably in healthcare.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS -ADP.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and judgment.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
