Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Generalist:

• Process payroll and maintain HR systems while ensuring compliance
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for hourly and salaried employees
• Handle employee relations issues in a manufacturing setting
• Administer benefits and support employees with HR‑related questions
• Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and workforce reporting
• Partner closely with plant leadership on day‑to‑day HR needs

Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience across payroll, employee relations, benefits, and onboarding
• Background in manufacturing, construction, distribution, or logistics environments
• Experience supporting employee populations of 100+ preferred
