What You'll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of the hiring process – job posts, interviews, and offers
  • Run payroll end-to-end-processing, auditing, troubleshooting, and ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time
  • Support benefits administration including medical, 401(k), and workers' comp
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, concerns, and guidance
  • Lead onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success from day one
  • Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Play a key role in building a culture where people feel valued and want to stay

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Solid foundation in HR best practices and employment law
  • Strong interpersonal skills-you build trust easily
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (iSolved a plus!)
  • Comfort in fast-paced or multi-site environments
