About the Position

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Document Management as it pertains to Human Resources. - Coordinate all aspects of contract worker administration, including contract justifications, contract preparation, system entry, orientation, compliance monitoring, and time sheets. - Track employee training completion, maintain training records, and prepare educational assistance contracts. - Monitor performance assessment schedules and ensure timely completion of evaluations. - Serve as backup recruiter attending career fairs, scheduling interviews, and attending interviews as needed. - Perform other related duties as assigned.

Paid Personal Leave and Sick Leave

In accordance with federal law, all employees serving in the armed forces or the military reserves are entitled to 15 days per year for military training.
