Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of US Government I-9 forms and regulatory requirements
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, lookups, report review)
• Experience handling employee personal/private information (passports, Social Security cards, driver s licenses)
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
• Experience working in Fragomen Portal/electronic I-9 systems
• Conduct I-9 audits
• Ability to navigate the portal efficiently
• Strong communication skills
• Work directly with managers, employees, and HR teams via email and verbal communication
