An Overview of the Role:The Human Resources Generalist supports assigned client members, may provide consultative support, must demonstrate end-to-end human resources support, and leads the production, review, and execution of HR projects and programs, including producing and reviewing work. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering compliant and business-aligned HR solutions across employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training and development, and the employee life cycle. The HR Generalist also supports a portfolio of work, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear communication, and measurable outcomes.
Compensation:$65,100-$73,600; exempt
Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week.
Location: Colorado (Hybrid - Onsite Client meetings and working from home)

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:Human Resources Consulting (40- 50%)
- Provide support to the Sr. HR Generalist in evaluating and addressing employee relations matters and assigned HR tasks, including concerns related to employee conduct and compliance research. Maintain proper documentation, conduct policy review and development, protect process consistency, and ensure alignment with applicable compliance standards.
- Assist with creating, reviewing, and administering HR support functions related to compensation and benefits, policy development, employee growth, training, employee handbooks, compliance research, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the Sr. HR Generalist and leadership to support all stages of the employee life cycle, including job descriptions, handbooks, onboarding, employee engagement, management practices, compensation, and offboarding.
- Guide and educate leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote compliance and support business objectives.
- Support, develop, and review project-related work and documentation; draft materials; assist with delivery; and help execute complex HR projects.
Client Member & Project Management (50–60%)
- Support the execution of assigned projects, tasks, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Create, maintain, and carry out monthly and annual project plans while tracking progress throughout the full project life cycle.
- Manage client member expectations by proactively overseeing timelines, quality standards, risks, and project limitations; communicate updates, changes, and mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide consistent status updates and internal communication to HRx team members and leadership, as appropriate.
- Assign and coordinate HRx team members across tasks and projects to support the timely, high-quality completion of deliverables.
- Review and/or support the research, design, development, and implementation of HR products and solutions related to compensation, compliance, and member-specific programming.
- Prepare and review member-related tasks; assist with agenda development and meeting preparation; monitor deliverables; participate in required member meetings; and support internal review processes.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills Needed:- Bachelor's degree required or a combination of education and experience.
- PHR/SHRM-CP and/or SPHR/SHRM-CP certification required within the first year.
- 3+ years of HR experience or equivalent demonstrated capability in Human Resources.
- Intermediate experience collaborating with vendors and implementing or supporting HR technology tools (including HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and ATS).
- Intermediate organizational skills, attention to detail, quality control, delegation (as applicable), and process management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of Project management and associated software (Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or ClickUp).
- Strong typing/keyboarding and proficiency in general office technology.
- Intermediate execution, Advanced production and review, developing consultative judgment.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
