    Wage Range: Min: $54,153, Mid: $66,561, Max: $78,969

    A Brief Overview

    The Human Resources Generalist I fosters a healthy, productive workplace by partnering closely with managers and employees across all business units. Supports the full employee lifecycle by handling a wide range of human resources functions. Creates a positive workplace through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies.

    What you will do

    • Monitor HR queue and answer general questions for all areas of HR while escalating inquiries to others as needed.
    • Serve as a resource to management and employees to resolve employee relations concerns and provide guidance regarding policy questions, disciplinary actions, investigations and terms.
    • Assist with employee terminations and exit interviews when needed, as well as attend unemployment hearings and respond to claims.
    • Assist with preparing and recommending staff communication, newsletter articles, and HR-related policies, procedures and programs.
    • Lead or assist with all aspects of the employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, as well as assisting with employee relation programs and events.

    Other Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources and minimum 2 years HR experience or related preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
