Human Resources Generalist

HR Generalist. Human Resources Generalist. Recruiter. NextStep Recruiting urgently requires an experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter for a manufacturing client in the Grand Prairie / Arlington, TX area. 

Candidates should have:

• 1+ years (3+ years preferred) of HR Generalist and Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• HR Generalist and Support experience with things like timekeeping, entering employee information, onboarding, etc.
• Experience with recruiting for hourly manufacturing-type roles
• Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, etc.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
