Description

Our client located in Gardner, MA is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist position are as follows:
 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, including talent acquisition for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles; experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/multi-site organization preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including developing talent pipelines, implementing structured interview methodologies, assessing candidates, using external agencies and sourcing tools, and optimizing recruiting strategies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and selection
  • Proficient with HRIS or ATS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Benefits you will receive as the Human Resources Generalist:
 
  • Salary $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience
  • Full-time position with potential for hybrid schedule
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity
For the Human Resources Generalist position your duties will include:
 
  • Manage and drive consistency in full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience
  • Partner with management to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies that align with broader organizational goals
  • Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, track recruiting metrics, and maintain relationships with external recruiting stakeholders 
  • Support onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning efforts
  • Maintain data in HRIS and prepare reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality
  • Other tasks as assigned
