    Description

    Bilingual HR Generalist – Spanish/English
    Location: Flower Mound, TX
    We’re hiring an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to support a busy distribution operation. This is a hands-on HR role covering employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employee support. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
    What You’ll Do:
    • Manage timekeeping and support accurate weekly payroll processing
    • Handle employee relations, attendance, performance, discipline, and policy questions
    • Maintain employee records and HRIS/payroll information
    • Administer benefits and employee leave programs
    • Support compliance with federal, state, local, and OSHA requirements
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, background checks, and screening for hourly and temporary employees
    • Partner with management on performance reviews and employee concerns
    • Support safety initiatives and employee engagement activities
    • Prepare HR reports including headcount, benefits, new hires, and organizational data
    • Coordinate employee meetings, trainings, events, and other onsite activities
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Bilingual Spanish/English – required
    • 3–5 years of HR administration/generalist experience
    • Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, related field, or HR certification
    • Broad hands-on experience across multiple HR functions
    • Previous HRIS and payroll system experience; UKG experience preferred
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
    • Strong employee relations, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
