Human Resources Generalist

Location: Fargo, ND (100% in Branch Office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm 

Rate: $20.00/Hour 

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an Human Resources Generalist to help our Fargo, ND branch office. This position will be assisting the HR team with various tasks with a heavy focus on recruitment while assisting with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave of absences, workers comp, compliance and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise. If you have a passion to help people and a good attitude to learn, we would like to meet you. We can teach you the rest!

Qualifications: 

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work an occasional Saturday for hiring events. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
• Good attitude and strong personality

Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
