Human Resources Generalist
Location: Denver, CO Area (Onsite) Salary: $80,000–$95,000 DOE
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a well-established manufacturing organization in the Denver area. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting approximately 125–150 employees at a single manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do
As the HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, including:
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors
Support employee relations and coach managers on HR policies and best practices
Coordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Assist with payroll processing, audits, pay changes, and HRIS updates
Administer employee benefits and support Open Enrollment
Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and state leave programs
Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes
Monitor attendance, maintain employee records, and ensure HR compliance
Maintain employee data within the HRIS and support reporting and audits
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and daily HR operations
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
Experience supporting payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and leave administration
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
Experience working with an HRIS (Paycom or similar platform preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or warehouse experience preferred
Union or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) experience is a plus
