    HR Generalist Opportunity – Manufacturing Environment

    Are you a skilled HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, multi-shift manufacturing environment? We’re searching for an experienced
    HR Generalist
    to join a thriving team and contribute to a range of human resource functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

    In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring seamless HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will span full-cycle talent acquisition, payroll processing, policy administration, and employee engagement activities, and employee relations..

    This position is perfect for someone with at least
    3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, who thrives on managing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    If someone has accounting knowledge and exposure to Comp & Benefits = HUGE PLUS (but not a dealbreaker)

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for hourly and salaried positions.
    • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and performance reviews.
    • Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, rewards, and recognition.

    What You Bring:

    • Degree in Business (or Associates), HR, or related field (preferred).
