Job Summary
Cape Fear Public Utility Authority seeks an experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to lead the organization's HR strategy and oversee a variety of HR programs including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, workforce planning and occupational health and safety. This role partners with executive leadership to build a positive workplace culture, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure alignment between HR initiatives and CFPUA's mission and organizational goals. This position is assigned to pay grade R39.
