Job Summary: The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive organizational performance. This role leads HR policy development, compliance, talent strategy, compensation design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the company. The Director partners closely with the President and executive team to build scalable people systems that support growth, performance, and long-term organizational health. Primary Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and direction for all human resources functions across the organization.
- Partner with executive leadership to align people strategies with overall business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and compliance initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence and operational effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees at all levels of the organization.
- Guide organizational design and structure to improve efficiency, role clarity, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices in partnership with legal counsel when appropriate.
- Implement data-driven initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the Human Resources team, fostering a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
- Advise leadership on sensitive personnel matters, organizational risks, and workforce strategy.
