Toll Brothers, America''s leading luxury home builder, is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The HR Analyst role will be responsible for collecting, compiling, organizing, and evaluating people data through reporting and analysis within Workday HCM. The HR Analyst will also be the primary contact for cross-functional reporting needs and directly support HR initiatives, special projects, system enhancements, and other business needs while adhering to organizational policies and objectives.

Essential:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, mathematics, statistics or other related field of study
Minimum of 2 years' experience working directly within Workday HCM
Experience writing, building, scheduling and maintaining reports and/or dashboards in a cloud-based HCM (Workday preferred)
Experience working with confidential people data
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Aptitude and passion for learning new information systems and analytics concepts and challenging/improving the status quo
Ability to work hybrid, 3 days required on-site
Preferred:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
Proficiency with calculated fields in Workday or another cloud-based HCM
Basic understanding of SQL queries and relational databases
Familiarity using business AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
