Position Overview

The Human Resources & Culture Coordinator supports the people, processes, and culture that help our restaurant operate successfully.

This is a hands-on position combining human resources coordination, recruiting, employee engagement, administrative responsibilities, and regular participation in Front of House restaurant operations.

The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between administrative responsibilities and direct operational support, recognizing that both contribute to our mission of serving guests and caring for our team.
