    Westminster Village is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team to play a key role in attracting talented employees, creating a positive candidate and employee experience, and supporting employee retention and engagement.

    This position will have a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement, and HR Communication. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, proactive, and passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities while helping create an environment where employees want to stay and grow.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, or a related field preferred
    • Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred
    • Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, UKG (Recruiting System)
    • Previous healthcare, senior living, long-term care, or service-industry experience is a plus

    • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
    • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of an HR team
    • Interested in employee experience, workplace culture, recruitment, and retention
    • Building relationships in the Greater Lafayette Community
