Human Resources Coordinator

We're looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support our growing team and play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. Are you passionate about people, recruiting, and creating a great employee experience? We're looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support our growing team and play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. Strong focus on recruiting. 

What You'll Do:

• Recruit, screen, interview, and help hire top talent
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
• Assist with performance management and employee retention initiatives
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support exit interviews and employee lifecycle activities
• Serve as backup for payroll processing
• Partner with managers to support workforce needs

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Strong recruiting background
Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
