Job Description:
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department by managing internal and external HR inquiries, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance
- Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure compliance with employment requirements
- Support managers in performance management and review processes
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
