Human Resources Coordinator Position Summary: First Liberty’s Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and technical support for Human Resources operations. This position assists with maintaining employee data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), supporting benefits administration, talent acquisition, personnel records management, and employee onboarding. The HR Coordinator helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, maintains confidential employee information, and supports HR initiatives that contribute to an efficient and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and eager to grow professionally in Human Resources while supporting the mission and values of First Liberty. HR Operations o Assist with planning and coordinating HR programs and activities, including employee recognition, staff events, wellness initiatives, training programs, internship coordination and new hire orientation o Support HR projects, compliance audits, and departmental initiatives o Other duties as assigned Requirements: o Demonstrated and growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior o Must agree with and sign First Liberty’s Articles of Faith o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred o One to three years of Human Resources, administrative or office support experience o Experience with an HRIS or payroll system is preferred o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint o Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment o Positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and a willingness to learn, and grow professionally Physical Requirements: o Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer, and using standard office equipment o Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and move through the office as needed o Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds |
