Human Resources (HR) Coordinator - $50k - $70k

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join an industry-leading company in Omaha. The HR Generalist will support multiple aspects of human resources practices and processes, including scheduling interviews for hiring managers, maintaining the ATS system, managing pre-employment processes, orientations and onboarding, attending career fairs, and event planning (retirement parties, holiday parties, etc.).

Summary:

  • Full-time Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
  • Located in Omaha, NE
  • $50k+ DOE
  • Days, Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred however will consider years of experience in lieu of education
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening and presentation skills
