Responsibilities
The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and recruitment support to the Human Resources Department. This role ensures smooth daily workflow, maintains accurate records, supports compliance activities, and assists HR staff with clerical and transactional tasks. The Coordinator also supports Talent Acquisition processes, including recruitment coordination and contributes to departmental communication and organization.

The range for the role is $17.57-$21.96 Hourly.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: High school diploma, some college preferred.
Minimum Experience: Six months (6) to (1) year of experience as an HR Coordinator or in an HR Specialist role preferred. (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Training & Development, Recruitment, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Good organizational skills and the ability to plan and meet deadlines required. Must be computer literate; proficiency with MS Office software (Word / Excel/ Outlook) required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English required. Working knowledge of HRIS systems strongly preferred. Knowledge of employment legislation pertaining to EEOC, ADA, Human Rights, Civil Right Title VII, OSHA helpful.
