    Locations: Open to Stamford, CT, Irving, TX or Fort Myers, FL -

    • Mid-level candidate with 3-5 years of experience for a critical, fast-paced operational role supporting day-to-day business activities.
    • Need to have experience as a systems administrator in Workday, Beamery, BrightHire or any other HR ERP
    • Strong candidates will have experience with Excel, audits, operational processes, stakeholder communication, and managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
    • Key responsibilities include supporting operational activities, managing goal and project-based work, conducting audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Candidates must be self-motivated, able to manage their own workload, communicate effectively, and thrive in an agile environment that requires strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Full-time position with 2 interview rounds. Candidate must be based in or near Stamford, CT; Fort Myers, FL; or Irving, TX. No overtime or weekend work is expected. Bill rate guidance can be provided upon review of the job description.
    • Hybrid role - will need to go few times a month to office(might change as per need and work)

    About this role

    The Talent Operations Specialist role will specifically focus on optimizing and refining our recruiting processes and systems, through close partnership with the global TA team, HRIS, HR, and People Analytics. This position focuses on the operational responsibilities associated with satisfying inbound customer service requests, for HR Technology platforms. This role requires attention to detail, execution excellence and a strong customer service orientation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Primary accountability for the day-to-day administration and continous improvement of TA systems and applications to keep workflows clear, consistent and easy to use.

    • Provide customer service experience through the monitoring and maintenance of the inbound questions throughServiceNow, with a view to ensuring timeliness, quality of responses and resolutions, exceeding customer expectations around service levels.

    • Provide solutions for inbound questions, tracking and driving requests to a timely closure

    • Follow up and follow through with end-users to ensure cases/issues are closed to customer satisfaction

    • Triage to and follow up with subject matter experts

    • Guide end-user support for completing system transactions

    • Design and refine processes that improve recruiter and hiring team efficiency while supporting a strong candidate experience

    • Serve as a point of contact for end user inquiries (Sourcer, Recruiters, Program Specialists & Managers) and escalate to HRIS or other partners appropriately

    • Create and lead Global Talent Acquisition training sessions, related to system and process changes - this includes building training material and guides, facilitating live training sessions, hosting office hours and workshops

    • Participate in workstreams for HR-led projects that impact recruiting processes aligning closely with stakeholders and project timelines to keep project on track, well-documented, and aligned with company goals

    • Partner with cross-functional teams across People Operations and Talent Acquisition to translate needs into practical solutions

    • Explore thoughtful ways to use generative AI to streamline workflows and improve outcomes

    Skills:

    • Experience as a systems administrator in Workday, Beamery, BrightHire or any other HR ERP (implementation experience a plus)
    • Strong service orientation with a high sense of ownership and accountability
    • Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, taking direction from multiple team members
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities, a 'systems' thinker with a process orientation and outstanding attention to detail
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
    • Strong work ethic and motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations
    • Exceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work successfully with a global team

    Education: • Bachelor's Degree preferred; degrees in HR, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
