Key Responsibilities:
Full-cyclerecruitingresponsibilitiesincludingreviewingnewapplications,scheduling&hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System - Jobvite
Createandmaintainemployeefiles-completeallnewhireEEO/AAPdocumentsandonboarding paperwork
Manage mechanic &staffpayrollandleavesofabsence,including,employeeFMLAtracking
Educateemployeesonbenefitsprovided
Maintain periodic HR related training topics for staff
QualityAssuranceChecksensuringcompliancewithbackgroundchecks, pre-employment drugandalcoholscreens,andE-Verify requirements.
Supportemployeeswithinternalandexternaltransferrequestsandprocedures.
Otherdutiesasrequired.
Qualifications :
Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
Minimum2yearsofHumanResourcesexperience.
Collegecourseworkinarelatedfieldpreferred.
ComputerliteratewithintermediateknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice
Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
