Wilson College is seeking an organized, service-oriented, and detail-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary administrative support professional for the Human Resources Office and is often the first point of contact for employees, applicants, students, and campus visitors. This position coordinates the onboarding and employment administration for all categories of Wilson College employees, including full-time and part-time faculty, staff, adjunct faculty, student employees (including the Work Study program), temporary employees, coaches, and other employee classifications.
Because onboarding requirements vary by employee type, this position must accurately coordinate hiring documentation, HRIS processing, employment eligibility verification, payroll setup, communications, and compliance requirements specific to each employee classification. The Human Resources Coordinator also supports payroll operations, employment records management, HR compliance activities, and the daily administrative functions of the Human Resources Office while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
