In this role, you'll help shape the employee experience from a candidate's first interaction with Wolverine through onboarding and beyond. You'll play a key role in recruiting and hiring talented employees, coordinating onboarding activities, supporting employee engagement efforts, and assisting with a variety of human resources initiatives that help our people and organization thrive.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and making a positive impact on both candidates and employees.A Day in the LifeNo two days are exactly alike. Some days you'll be coordinating interviews and helping managers fill important positions.
