The Opportunity
Clint is looking for a senior-minded HR professional who can think strategically but is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves. You will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, handling both the strategic and the hands-on sides of HR in a collaborative, team-oriented organization with international reach. Strong performers here grow, and several have moved into management and director-level roles.
Position Snapshot
- Location: Virginia Beach, VA. Primarily onsite, with one remote day per week.
- Relocation: Not offered. Candidates must already be local to Virginia Beach.
- Base salary: $95,000 – $100,000, with offers expected to reach approximately $105,000 for the right candidate
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus
- Experience: Approximately 5+ years of progressive HR experience
What You Will Do
- Build credibility quickly with senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor to your business units.
- Handle both strategic and tactical HR responsibilities, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day HR execution.
- Navigate employee relations matters and broader organizational challenges with sound judgment.
- Lead HR initiatives and drive organizational and cultural change.
- Communicate confidently and clearly with both executives and employees.
- Work with colleagues and teams in international locations, such as Brazil, Israel, and other global markets.
What You Bring
- Experience: Approximately 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Generalist foundation: A solid HR generalist background
- Business partnering: Direct HR Business Partner experience
- Influence: A track record of advising senior leadership and earning their trust
- Leadership: Initiatives you have personally led, with measurable outcomes
- Presence: A confident, polished communication style that works at every level
- Location: Already based locally in the Virginia Beach area
